The owner Alberto Cortesi tells us:”The philosophy of our cuisine is that of the past: simple and genuine things, the best Tuscan extra virgin olive oils, fresh pasta, meat chosen with great care, ingredients and recipes that come from the tradition of peasant civilisation and that make you feel the warmth of the kitchen and the human relationship that accompanies it”.

The historic “Trattoria Torre di Pisa” is owned by Alberto Cortesi and his children Silvia and Fabio, keepers of the family tradition famous for having founded some of the best known places to eat well in Milan.Today, alongside Alberto, Silvia and Fabio in the running of the trattoria are the partners Domenico and Francesco Renzo.
